Claire Linden

Claire Linden supports the firm’s estate and trust litigation team with a background that bridges elder law, government practice, and insurance defense. A graduate of UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), Claire brings disciplined case preparation, meticulous research, and courtroom readiness to each matter she handles.

While in law school, Claire gained hands-on experience in complex public-interest and elder-focused litigation. She worked with the City Attorney of Los Angeles in its Cannabis Litigation Department, contributed to advance planning work at Bet Tzedek, and earned top honors for her work in the UCSF Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for Seniors. Claire also served in leadership roles with the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and the Association for Youth Advocates, and was a staff editor for the Journal on Gender and the Law.

Before joining the firm, Claire practiced workers’ compensation litigation, representing self-insured employers, TPAs, and corporations through all phases of administrative and appellate proceedings.

Claire holds a B.A. in English and History from Boston University. Outside the office, she spends time with her two younger sisters, her rescue dog, and two rescued hamsters—often while planning her next dinner party.
