Christopher A. Fortunati represents clients in high-conflict probate litigation and complex civil disputes across California. His practice spans contested probate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, real estate conflicts, business torts, and employment-related claims. Known for his courtroom tenacity and tactical focus, Chris brings nearly three decades of litigation experience to every matter he handles.
Since his admission to the California Bar in 1997, Chris has also been admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. His work often involves multi-party disputes and emotionally charged matters where both strategy and composure are critical.
Chris earned his J.D. from John F. Kennedy University School of Law and holds a B.A. from California State University at Sonoma, where he double-majored in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration with a minor in Political Science.
