Allison R. Lemeshewsky, Esq.

Allison Lemeshewsky brings more than a decade of litigation and estate planning experience to the firm’s probate and trust practice. A third-generation estate attorney raised in San Diego, Allison represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and probate disputes, contested administrations, and litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty, creditor claims, and asset recovery.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2010, Allison is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. Her early career included litigation and benefits counsel for Taft-Hartley trust fund clients in the construction industry, as well as clerkships in family law and the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. In 2018, she joined her father’s trust and estates practice in La Jolla, sharpening her skills across probate litigation and complex trust administration.

Allison earned her law degree from California Western School of Law and her B.S. from the McLaren School of Management at the University of San Francisco. She’s known for blending tenacious advocacy with strategic clarity guiding clients through legal challenges with sharp analysis and steady support.

Outside the office, Allison spends time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Frank. Her family shares a love of the outdoors surfing, tennis, and team sports keep them moving year-round.
