Helen Byrens

Helen Byrens represents clients in probate litigation, trust administration, and contested estate matters across California. With a litigation background spanning real estate, personal injury, business disputes, and employment claims, Helen brings a comprehensive view of conflict resolution to every probate or conservatorship case she handles.

A Southern California native, Helen earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. Her multidisciplinary legal background allows her to navigate overlapping legal issues, whether advising fiduciaries on their obligations or defending against contested filings in court.

Helen’s approach is focused, responsive, and grounded in practical outcomes. She works closely with clients to resolve high-stakes family and financial matters efficiently and with clarity.

Outside the office, Helen enjoys tennis, golf, and skiing.
