Samantha R. Sales

Samantha Sales advises clients in estate planning, probate, and trust administration with a focus on long-term strategy and family continuity. She draws on a background in business law and corporate advising to craft estate plans that align not just with legal standards, but with each client’s life, values, and goals.

A Los Angeles native, Samantha earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she clerked for the Family Justice Center Courthouse in Santa Clara County, supported early-stage companies through the Santa Clara Entrepreneurs Law Clinic, and earned a High-Tech Law Certificate with a Corporate Specialization.

Since returning to Southern California, Samantha has focused her practice on helping families navigate probate and secure legacies with confidence. Her approach is personable and protective, aimed at building relationships that span generations.

Outside the office, Samantha spends time with her fiancé, their dog Nobu, and her extended family. She’s an avid traveler, baker, sports fan, and fashion enthusiast.
