Lauren Ghosh brings a client-first approach to the firm’s probate litigation team, combining courtroom experience with a strong foundation in public service and civil defense. She represents individuals and families in contested probate, trust administration disputes, and conservatorship matters—advocating with both precision and empathy.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, Lauren earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Law & Society from the University of California, San Diego. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she gained practical litigation experience with the San Diego and Chula Vista City Attorney’s Offices, the District Attorney of San Diego, and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc.
After law school, Lauren practiced immigration law, tribal governance, and insurance defense litigation. Her transition to probate litigation reflects a commitment to guiding clients through deeply personal legal matters with clarity and care.
Outside the courtroom, Lauren enjoys traveling with her husband and their three children. Whether exploring new cuisines, hiking coastal trails, or chasing theme park thrills, her focus is on creating meaningful experiences—at work and at home.
